What to include
Building with AI, getting a team AI-native, or covering a seat you've posted? Email me with what you need and your date.
- what you are building, or the seat that is open (and the job post link, if it is posted)
- where the team is today and what is slipping
- any hard date (launch, migration cutover, board, hire)
- who owns the budget for it
Subject: what you need. For example “AI-native leadership for our startup”, or “Covering our TPM seat for a platform migration”.
If you want the sample look at a build instead, use subject “Sample delivery timeline request” and write to the same address.
